We are looking to recruit the third cohort for the Audit Business Program (ABP) in the Chief Audit Executive Group ((CAE Group) / Internal Audit). It is a 1-year rotational business program geared towards fresh graduates (Graduating before December 2024).
The ABP starts in January 2025 and would help students gain experience across multiple RBC lines of business while working closely with industry leaders and experts across various groups, such as Finance, Data and Analytics, Operations, Information Technology and Human Resources, etc. They will be provided with significant learning opportunities by working with different teams that will help develop new skills, build business and audit knowledge, and grow their network. Through dynamic and challenging work assignments, the ABP will help to build the future leaders of RBC.
Over the course of this 12-month program, Associates will operate in a global resource model, capable of working in any RBC business audit platform, including:
- Capital Markets
- Wealth Management
- Personal & Commercial Banking
- Investor & Treasury Services
- Insurance
